Stewart Cooper

Stewart Cooper, Chief Executive Officer, began his career at WolfPack Rentals, LLC in 2015 as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he immediately put his keen business sense and highly organized mindset to work – boosting efficiencies, improving quality and restructuring the company to achieve continued, sustainable growth.

Since advancing to CEO in 2019, he’s never lost sight of the time-honored values that have always guided him: hard work, integrity and a genuine willingness to help others. Today, he’s fully committed to promoting the kind of cohesive, efficient operations central to WolfPack’s culture and key to our clients’ success.

Stewart has always been geared for high performance. He pushed the limits as a multi-winning NASCAR crew chief. He weathered the challenges of the ever-changing oilfield services industry. And he held multiple engineering leadership positions at General Motors. He’s dedicated to cultivating a winning spirit that helps clients outpace competitors by keeping those in the field safe, productive and comfortable. Stewart holds a BASc in applied mechanical engineering from Tennessee Tech University.


Stevie Cooper

Stevie Cooper, Chief Administrative Officer of Wolfpack Rentals has been a part of the organization for over a decade. Cooper, daughter of the late founder and her biggest role model, Steve Turner was only in high school when Wolfpack Rentals was founded. While accounting is the core of her educational background, Cooper thrives on problem solving and establishing more innovative and efficient systems to aid in providing accurate, decision-making information.

Cooper graduated from the University of Houston in 2009 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She interned part time during college working for the various family-owned business gaining hands on experience in her field. Immediately following graduation, Cooper began working alongside her father full-time. During her early professional career, she assisted with multiple business acquisitions. These experiences helped Cooper understand every aspect of Wolfpack Rentals first hand.


Mike Ligon

Mike Ligon, Chief Financial Officer, joined Wolfpack Rentals in July 2021.  More than just a numbers guy, Ligon enjoys engaging with business and operations leaders to encourage accountability and maximize profitability while ensuring integrity and compliance. He oversees WPR’s Accounting and Finance functions.

Ligon’s Finance and Accounting career spans over 30 years, with 20 of those being in the Oilfield Services industry.  He served in several management roles at Schlumberger for over 10 years from 2002 to 2012, including Segment Financial Reporting Manager for Well Completions and productivity where Ligon managed consolidations of the company’s manufacturing centers, and Area Financial Reporting Manager for North America which included integration of acquired companies.  Most recently Ligon served as Director/Sr. Controller of Hydraulic Fracturing at C&J Energy Services/NexTier Oilfield Solutions for 5 years where he bridged gaps between finance and Operations, mentored field operations managers, and hosted several multi-day training sessions for finance and non-finance staff and managers.  Ligon earned his BBA in Accounting and MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas in Houston and is a CPA.

Vice President of Operations

Justin Jansky

Justin Jansky, Vice President of Operations has been with Wolfpack Rentals since its inception in 2005.  He has worked in various aspects of the rental industry including the oil and gas sector and disaster relief, providing accommodations and auxiliary equipment. Jansky performs multiple roles such as managing operations at the Altair, TX construction and refurbishing facility and assisting in new asset design and production.  He also manages supply chain needs for field locations as well as oversees East Texas region operations.


Jansky began his career with WolfPack as an in-field technician in Channelview, TX. where he participated in the company's disaster relief assistance to the Louisiana Gulf Coast after hurricanes Katrina and Rita in 2005. Shortly thereafter he assisted in opening new locations in the Woodford Basin and the Barnett Shale.  Jansky is a “boots on the ground” operations guy who is always available to provide advice or troubleshoot issues.

Director of Human Resources & Payroll

Marines Camarillo

Marines Camarillo, Director of Human Resources and Payroll has been with Wolfpack Rentals since April of 2021. She began working for other affiliated entities in 2017, where she maintained payroll and assisted with safety and corporate insurance. Camarillo provides day-to-day assistance to field managers with their personnel and recruiting needs.  She also coordinates the company’s various employee benefits programs.  Camarillo strives to make employees feel like family and friends.

Camarillo has extensive experience in customer and employee service in different industries such as medical, hospitality and real estate. She’s excelled in company growth and business-to-business engagements through multiple avenues and has presented at conventions and hosted city-wide trainings and community outreach events. Fluent in Spanish, Camarillo prides herself in being an open, safe go-to for her co-workers.

Director of Asset Management

Abraham Camarillo

Abraham Camarillo, Director of Asset Management & Telecommunications, joined Wolfpack Rentals in August of 2010. Asset Management has been his primary focus over the past 10 years. During this time, Camarillo has established an effective system to monitor, track and preserve asset integrity for both the Rolling Stock and Rental Fleet of Wolfpack Rentals.

In April of 2020, Camarillo added to his roles at Wolfpack Rentals when he was appointed to Director of Telecommunications.  As technology advances daily, it is critical that Camarillo not only continue to provide valuable service to our customers, but also research and find more reliable and effective solutions in Telecommunications.

Camarillo graduated from the University of Houston in 2010 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. During his final year of college, Camarillo interned with Texas Tubular Solutions where he was exposed to both operations and accounting. Shortly after graduating he began work full time at Texas Tubular Solutions as a Cost Accountant. Camarillo remained there until August of 2010 when he joined Wolfpack Rentals as a Sr. Accountant reporting directly to the late founder, Steve Turner.


Director of Safety Compliance

Rhonda Bridges

Rhonda Bridges, Director of Safety Compliance and Contracts, joined Wolfpack Rentals in 2010 as a clerical systems manager.  Drawing on her experience as a business owner/consultant to small businesses, she works to improve efficiency in clerical workflows.  New clerical staff training and troubleshooting clerical bottlenecks are Bridges’ specialty.

Bridges developed and maintain a system to generate electronic field service forms to replace paper forms and speed processing time.  The system has expanded to cover most business forms, greatly improving accuracy and communication between field offices and corporate offices.  She also keeps the company in good standing on required licensing.

Wolfpack Rentals is a member in good standing with ISNetworld, Veriforce, and several other safety monitoring companies. Bridges oversee the maintenance of these accounts, and the safety training programs for field staff.  She developed and implemented a year-round safety training schedule to ensure all staff is current on primary safety training topics and any operator-required training. Recently the company received a Bronze level award from Eco Vadis. Bridges will be leading the efforts to improve the company’s ratings as a sustainable supplier.

DOT Compliance Supervisor

Maricruz Stagg

Maricruz Stagg has been the DOT Compliance Supervisor of Wolfpack Rentals since 2018. Stagg manages the company’s rolling stock and employee DOT files. She maintains vehicle records and ensures their compliance with TxDOT, TXDMV, IRP, FMCSA,IFTA, 2290, UCR and Over-Weight permits. Stagg also meets all state and federal deadlines, monitors quarterly inspections and daily DVIR’s, and performs internal audits.  She keeps drivers compliant and ensures that each driver has a valid license by utilizing our monitoring service. Stagg is a disciplined supervisor and multi-tasker who excels in working under pressure.

Before moving to Texas and joining Wolfpack Rentals, Stagg served 4 years of honorable active military service in the U. S. Navy. She was a ground support equipment electrician and mechanic while stationed in Adak, Alaska, which gave her the opportunity to understand the importance of vehicle maintenance. Her 4years of experience with the Harris County Fire Marshal’s Office taught her the need for fire and vehicle safety. Stagg ensures that all trucks have working fire extinguishers and a hammer tool in case of a fire or accident. She also has worked for the City of Katy Municipal Court for 10 years.

Who We Are

Steve Turner formed Wolf Pack Rentals in 2005. The Company was formed to address the demand of well-site accommodations in the Hallettsville, Texas area. The initial plan was to operate a sufficient amount of equipment to service two or three rigs. The company continued to grow beyond his expectations.  In 2009 Turner made the decision to merge Wolf PackRentals along with all of his other companies (Xxtreme Pipe Services, Xxtreme Pipe Storage and Xxtreme Tubular Processors that were later sold) to form WolfPack Energy Services, another oilfield service company controlled by Turner.Wolf Pack Rentals has grown from two employees to over one hundred employees.It provides rental equipment and services in Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana,Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. The corporate headquarters is located in Fulshear, Texas.

WolfPack Rentals offers spacious living quarters to meet the needs of all clients. The 14'x72' mobile homes are designed specifically for oilfield use and are available in multiple floor plans.

Custom man camp accommodations for large groups

Man camp accommodations can be custom configured to house a large amount of personnel on a job site. Man camp accommodations provide not only living quarters but also each type of amenity needed to live and work on site.
